I'm really, really proud to present the first signs of the 4th release of my own Little Globe Records! The record is made by Amateur and it is everything what Little Globe stands for...
Amateur brings 2 original tracks that combines acid, electro, oldschool-house and disco. The RiptTidE, Ike Ratio and Cosmic Force remixes are even beyond these genres. Why even talk of genres??
We are not going to let you hear the tracks, yet. But to celebrate, and give you a little tast of his style, Amateur made an amazing mixtape. Curious about the tracklist? It's on his Facebook. O, and check the rediculously cool artwork by Stan van Steendam.

The new release on my little record label has seen daylight. Although it is more of a night record...
LGR003 is an end of the night club banger, for all the dark holes with smoking machines and lasers. Dj's get your copy and have your dance floor destroy guarantee this weekend.

Wow, number 3 is already coming out! This time by good friends Beat The Bastardz and remixes by stunning newcomers like De Cultuurbarbaren, Mordalski and Hip Hop/Dubstep greatness Le Boeuf from Boef en de Gelogeerde Aap. So proud!
Beat The Bastardz - Lumberjack EP by Beat The Bastardz
With signing Beat The Bastardz, Little Globe Records has catched another upcoming and hard fighting fish in the water. After Little Globe’s second release by Space Pirates, Beat The Bastardz take over the wheel to acclaim their position in the world of electronic music. And they have earned it! Just think back at their performances at Lowlands, Lief Festival and Defqon1, when they played devastating sets alongside Mumbai Science, Mightyfools and Sound Of Stereo to name a few…
Beat The Bastardz’ single is called Lumberjack. Listening to the original tells you why: warning gunshots, dubbing whobbles and tree sawing synths made the track into a wood crushing experience. And as it is becoming standard with Little Globe, we’ve attracted some headturning, not your ordinary remixers, to top off the single…
Taking over the Dutch Hip Hop scene with his Hip Hop/Dubstep beats for Boef En De Gelogeerde Aap, Le Boeuf gives his support to Beat The Bastardz by turning Lumberjack into a glitchy, out of this world, dubstep track. Building is the key word! Next to that, newcomers De Cultuurbarbaren (Dutch for The Culture Barbarians) took a more psychedelic/acidish approach, and made a remix that no house/electro/techno dj can resist. The Mordalski remix is one for the electro party’s, as he takes the original to the end of the evening. Banging!
Beat The Bastardz – Lumberjack will be released exclusively on Beatport on the 4th of November. Keep your eyes on Beatports Little Globe Records page: http://www.beatport.com/label/little-globe-records/19615

Roses are red, grass is green. YES YES YES!! :D
This second half of 2011, my little recordlabel "Little Globe Records" will bring some surprising stuff. There are 3 releases scheduled and I love them! The first one will be by good friends and family "Space Pirates". Their tracks E! and Til The Break Of Dawn are truly live tracks, but also playable for dj's who love their intergalactic electro sound. The Screaming Jesters made a remix and Electrophants already placed their remix of E! on Soundcloud. The reactions there are already overwhelming!
I'm also very proud of the new website layout. Thank you Bart Nijssen (Style Beats) for backing me up on this! From here on I can only leave you to enjoy the new artwork and the preview of the E! remix.

“Casa Batlló” is probably the most poetic building ever build, and its surrealistic design and story inspires every part of the music I play and produce. This music session celebrates the beauty of a work that’s lucky to be where it is right now, and showcases some of the records I enjoy playing lately.

They have like 3 or 4 gigs a year, they only play big festivals or small birthday party's. But when the indie girls start dancing, that's when the magic happenes...
"DE RESERVEPLOEGEN"
After an all nighter at "De Wasserette" and shows at "Festyland", "Paperclip" and "7th Sunday" De Reserveploegen are confirmed at "Mysteryland 2011"! To celebrate this gig Luc made a new mixtape to play in your car, at a barbacue with your friends or at the afterparty in your parents house while they are on vacation... Enjoy!
The tracklist will be available on our Facebook in the coming week: www.facebook.com/dereserveploegen

Bloggers are hip, bloggers are on top of things, bloggers have an opinion, bloggers make me laugh and sometimes they make me scream. Sounds like a relationship...

Last week 2 blogs asked me to do an interview. The "Wildgroei" blog (from the most likeable party's) did an interview about "Little Globe Records". The chicks from Wildgroei keep amaze me with their blog and party's, and I wish them all the best! Here's the link to the text (Dutch): Wildgroei Blog
Later That week I spotted my release for illegal download on a Guatemalian blog. This was funny so I retweeted the tweet about this and a day later Andres sent me a message and asked me for an interview and a special mixtape for his blog "Shock The Beat". These are the links to the interview (English) and the mixtape (Spanish I think:)): Interview / Mixtape
Here's the Mixtape again for download. It became a dark technoïsh electronic 45 minutes:
